Where can I find nutritional and allergen information about your products?

Do you use Montana-grown ingredients?

Yes! We love using as many Montana-grown ingredients as we can. Montana-grown, organic, gluten-free oats are the key ingredient in Unwaffles.

Your products are all gluten free. Are they safe for celiacs?

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on producing top-14 allergen-free products for those with challenging dietary restrictions, as well as sensitivities, and preferences.

Organic, certified gluten-free oats are the key ingredient in our products. While oats are naturally gluten free, they are still tested to ensure gluten content below 10 parts per million, or PPM. The standard for gluten-free labeling is 20 PPM.

Our batches are regularly tested to ensure they are below 10 PPM in gluten.

All these ingredients together are blended, milled, packaged, and cooked in facilities that are free from gluten and the other top 14 allergens, with procedures that ensure safety for those sensitive to gluten and the other top 14 allergens.

Phew, that was a lot, but clearly you can tell how important allergen-free product safety is to us here at Unwaffle.

Are your oats glyphosate free?

Yes! Our oats are grown using a stringent method called "Purity Protocol," which was developed by our partners at Montana Gluten Free, just down the road in Belgrade, MT.

This protocol is designed to ensure the oats stay naturally gluten-free, and in addition, it ensures stringent testing for glyphosate (the pesticide commonly known as RoundUp). By this protocol, none of the oats grown for our products are ever treated with glyphosate.

Because neighboring farms may use these products, every batch of oats used in our products are tested to ensure they contain below 50 parts per BILLION (with a B) of glyphosate. For reference, the FDA standard is 310 parts per MILLION (yes, with an M).

We care deeply about health, both personal and environmental. As such, we set exceedingly high standards for product purity and quality, and so do our ingredient providers.

Do Unwaffles need to stay COLD?

Your Unwaffles should stay cold (frozen or refrigerated) if possible. They will last in the freezer for several months, or in the fridge for multiple weeks.

What about travel?

Unwaffles are also fine to be outside of the fridge for multiple days, making them great for backpacking, camping, cycling, and other fridge-free activities.

What about your Unwaffle mix?

Unwaffle mix pouches can be stored at ambient room temperature indefinitely. We recommend you keep them in a dry and cool place if possible.

Heating & Eating

Toaster Waffles

We recommend you heat your Unwaffles on a low setting for 1-2 cycles until crispy and warm, or enjoy cold or at room temperature, straight out of the package. Because they contain no dairy or eggs, Unwaffles are 100% good to go at room temperature (even frozen if a waff-cicle is your idea of a good time!)

Orders

Do you have a minimum order?

We have no order minimums! However, for efficiency in shipping, we bundle our products in a multi-pack to fill a standard size insulated eco-shipper box.

How do I find my order number?

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after you placed your order. If you can't locate it there, or never got an email, reach out to us at team@eatunwaffle.com.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee?

We guarantee that you'll love your Unwaffle product. If you don't, we will offer you 100% of your money back, and you can keep the product, AND we'll contribute 100% of the value of your purchase to our local food bank.

All we ask is that you send a short video testimonial to team@eatunwaffle.com explaining what it was that you didn't like about Unwaffle so we can better understand why you're dissatisfied and how to improve in the future.

How do I return my order?

Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns of most of our food products. If you are unsatisfied with your order and woud like a refund, reach out to us at team@eatunwaffle.com

How do I change my order?

The easiest way to change or cancel your order is to contact us at team@eatunwaffle.com, include your order number, and let us know what you'd like to change.

Shipping

My order arrived at room temperature. Is that OK?

Your waffles are cooked fresh and blast-chilled to lock in the ultimate freshness.

They ship quickly via 2-day air and are packed in an insulated eco-shipper with an ice pack. The ice pack keeps the product cold in transit as long as possible, but in the summer months especially, the waffles will warm to ambient temperature. That's ok! They're infused with rosemary extract for natural shelf stability, and are totally ok out of the fridge for several days.

When they arrive, simply receive your shipment as quickly as you can and get them into the fridge or freezer where they will last for 2-3 weeks or up to a year respectively.

How do I get free shipping?

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll get an order shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information. If that email doesn't arrive, check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, reach out to us at team@eatunwaffle.com and we'll get to the bottom of it!

Do you ship internationally?

We do not automatically ship internationally at this time, but if you're interested in buying our products from outside of the United States, contact us at team@eatunwaffle.com and our team would be happy to explore the options with you.

My order arrived damaged, or didn't arrive at all! Help!

Do you offer a subscription program?

Yes, we do, and it's awesome! Just click the "subscribe and save" option on the product page and finish the checkout process. You'll save on every order and take the hassle out of keeping the fridge or pantry stocked with wholesome breakfast goodness.

How do I change or update my subscription details? (shipping info, billing, quantities, cancel or skip delivery, etc.)

You can edit, pause, or cancel your subscription in your customer portal that was created after you placed your subscription order. To login to your customer portal, use this link.
