Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
You pick a Small ($59) or Large ($99) box, choose your flavors, and tell us how often you want it delivered. Most customers go with every 30 days. We send a reminder email a few days before each shipment so you can swap, skip, or cancel.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes — log into your account anytime before your next order is processed and hit "skip." No fees, no questions.
How do I change the flavors in my box?
From your account, go to your subscription and edit the upcoming order. You can swap any flavor for any other available flavor as long as the box is still full.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime in two clicks from your account. No phone calls, no retention scripts. We just want to make breakfast easier.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Boxes ship Monday or Tuesday and arrive within 2-3 business days for most US zip codes. We use insulated packaging and gel ice packs to keep waffles cold in transit — they won't stay frozen, but they stay refrigerated the whole way.
How much does shipping cost?
For one-time orders, a small shipping surcharge is added per box at checkout based on your zip code. We offer free shipping on all subscriptions.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the lower 48 states and Washington D.C. via 3-day or less service. Due to the time-sensitive nature of getting your waffles to you fresh, we can't ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or anywhere outside the continental U.S. at this time.
What happens if my waffles arrive thawed?
Ice pack melted? Don't worry, it did its job. If your waffles arrive thawed or even warm, that's totally normal and A-OK. There's no dairy or eggs in Unwaffles, making them safe and delicious to eat unrefrigerated for several days. When they arrive, just pop them in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to a year and enjoy them when you're ready to crush the day.
Allergens & ingredients
Are Unwaffle products really allergen-free?
Yes. Every product is made in a dedicated facility free of the top 9 allergens: wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame. No "may contain" warnings.
Are they certified gluten-free?
Yes — we're certified by the Gluten Intolerance Group (GFCO) at under 10ppm.
Are they vegan?
Yes. All Unwaffle products are 100% plant-based.

Each product page has the complete ingredients and nutrition facts. Look for the "Ingredients" accordion.
Ordering & account
Can I buy a one-time box without subscribing?
Yes. On the bundle builder you can choose "One-time purchase" instead of "Subscribe & Thrive."
Do you offer gift cards?
Coming soon. For now you can buy a one-time box and we'll ship it directly to a recipient address.
How do I update my shipping address?
Log into your account → Profile → Addresses. Changes take effect on your next delivery.
