Order Processing

Orders are typically shipped within 7 days of order placement. Freezer waffles go out on Monday and Tuesday so they arrive to their destination within the work week, and without sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. Our goal is to get them to you as quickly and freshly as possible to ensure that you get the best breakfast experience we can provide.

For destinations outside of the 2-day UPS ground radius from Bozeman, Montana, we typically ship via UPS 2-day air. Yes, it is expensive, but product quality is our top priority. In the winter, when ambient temperatures are lower, products stay fresher in transit, so we can seasonally adjust shipping times to reduce costs. We're a small company, and we have small company challenges. We thank you for your understanding and support of our small but growing business!

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are billed directly as we receive them from the carriers (UPS for freezer waffles, and USPS for dry mixes).

PLEASE NOTE: If combining freezer waffles and dry mixes in the same order, the shipping method defaults to the fastest possible delivery to ensure the freshness of the freezer waffles. The added weight of the mix in this 2-day shipment can result in an extremely elevated shipping cost. To avoid this issue, place separate orders for dry mixes and freezer waffles. We apologize for the inconvenience here, as Shopify has not yet provided a tool for businesses like ours to avoid this issue. Thank you for your understanding!

 

Local Pick-Up

We do not offer local pick up at this time, but we are working on it! Check back soon.

We back all of our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don't love it for any reason, you'll get your money back, no questions asked, AND you can keep the product. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not offer returns on our products. See our return policy for more details.
