How we get fresh waffles to your freezer.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states. Hawaii, Alaska, and remote zip codes may incur slightly higher shipping costs to keep waffles frozen in transit. International shipping isn't available yet — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
Shipping windows
Boxes go out on Mondays and Tuesdays each week. Orders placed after Tuesday at 12pm MT will ship the following Monday. This way your box doesn't sit in a warehouse over the weekend.
If you need to update your shipping address, do it before your subscription's processing day (3 days before the box ships). You can adjust everything from your account.
What if my waffles arrive thawed?
Email us at hello@unwaffle.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the box. We'll send a free replacement, no questions asked. Slight thaw is normal — the waffles toast up just fine even if they've softened a bit. But if they're warm, we'll replace them.
Returns & refunds
Because Unwaffle is a perishable food product, we don't accept returns. But your satisfaction is our priority — if anything is wrong with your order, email hello@unwaffle.com and we'll make it right.
Subscription customers can pause, skip, or cancel anytime. There are no cancellation fees and no commitments.
Order changes
You can edit your subscription order — flavors, quantity, frequency, address — anytime up to 3 days before the order processes. After that, the order is locked in and we can't make changes.
