What to Expect With Your Unwaffle Order

A simple overview of how we ship, when orders go out, and what to expect when your waffles arrive — so you can feel confident every step of the way.

When your order ships

Unwaffle orders ship Monday through Wednesday, with most orders going out Monday or Tuesday.

We time shipments this way intentionally. Because Unwaffle is a perishable product, avoiding weekend delays helps protect quality during transit and ensures your waffles arrive in the best possible condition.

If you placed an order later in the week, it may ship the following Monday. We appreciate your patience — this extra care is part of how we maintain consistency and freshness.

How Unwaffle is shipped

Your waffles ship frozen, packed with insulation and cooling materials designed to keep them cold during transit (typically 3 days or less).

Depending on weather, transit time, and delivery conditions, your box may arrive:

  • Fully frozen

  • Thawed but still cold or refrigerated

  • Occasionally at ambient temperature

This is normal and safe.

Our waffles are made to handle temperature variation during shipping, and their quality is preserved as long as they are properly stored once they arrive.

When your box arrives

When your Unwaffle order is delivered, here’s what to do:

1. Open your box promptly
This helps you check everything and decide how you’d like to store your waffles.

2. Choose how to store your waffles

  • Freeze them for long-term storage

  • Refrigerate them if you plan to enjoy them within the next 2–3 weeks

3. Toast and enjoy
Waffles can be toasted straight from frozen or refrigerated, whenever you’re ready.

This flexibility is intentional — Unwaffle is designed to work around real routines, not rigid rules.
