A quick heads-up about shipping

Fresh waffles take a little coordination. I acknowledge that:

• Waffle boxes ship Monday or Tuesday following your order date for freshness and uninterrupted transit (no weekends spent in a warehouse).
• Once I receive my shipping notification, Unwaffle cannot change delivery timing or destination address.
• Insulation and ice packs are intended to keep waffles cold during transit, not frozen. My waffles may arrive at ambient temperature or slightly warm and that’s normal and A-OK (Unwaffles are safe and delicious to eat for days out of the fridge!)
