Shipping & Storage

Freshness is our top priority, so this product only ships via UPS services that will get to their destination within 2 days. For anyone in proximity to our HQ in Bozeman, MT, that will mean UPS ground. For those of you outside of the 2-day range, that will mean UPS 2-day Air. Shipments go out Monday and Tuesday to ensure that they are never stranded in transit over a weekend.

NOTE: If you add a dry mix pouch to your freezer waffle order, the added weight will cause an elevated shipping rate due to the fast 2-day transit time. To avoid this, place dry mix orders separately from freezer waffles. We apologize for the inconvenience, but Shopify does not have a tool for businesses of our size to solve this issue.

These waffles ship fresh at ambient temperature, and should be stored cold immediately upon arrival to extend shelf life. They will stay fresh for one week in the refrigerator, or 6 months in the freezer. Enjoy!
